Welcome to Abramowitz Counseling! My name is Eli, and I have a passion for the field of mental health. Since 2020, I have been working as an emergency service clinician at an urgent care for behavioral health and substance use. I received an MS in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University and have a Bachelor of Religious Studies from Rabbinical College of America.
Our Approach
Our approach focuses on a treatment plan that works within the framework of each client. We have an eclectic and holistic style that is not limited or exclusive to any one theoretical orientation. We often embrace harm reduction and find that gradual progress tends to be more real and long-lasting relative to extreme (all or nothing) measures. Central to our approach is building rapport, trust, and comfortability.
